Policy

💅🏾1.} Please come alone as all appointments are one on one. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted. For the ultimate relaxation please do not bring children.

💅🏿 2.} Deposits are now required to book an appointment and are nonrefundable. Deposits are only able to transfer once before needing to pay another deposit to be serviced. All appointments are required to be made online except of cases of seniors 65 years and older. 

💅🏻3.} Late fees apply after 10 mins late/ 15 mins is an automatic cancel and you will need to make a new appointment. Please communicate if you are running late.

💅🏾5.) Please be sure to select nail art when making appointment as is can not be added at time of service.

💅🏿6.) Refunds are last course of action as nail tech will fix any issues the occurred 72 hours after service, free of charge. If nails have been tampered with, staff is at will to charge for service replacement. Regular polish services are excluded from free of charge fixes.

💅🏼7.} No call no show appointments will result in client being charged 100% of the book appointment and banned from booking any future appointments. Appointments cancelled less than twelve (12) hours in advanced will have deposit forfeited unless of cases of serve snow or tornado warning. Rain/storms are not an acceptable reason for cancelation.
